Corrie Goldsbury
Director, RPC, MPCC
My Approach
My name is Corrie (she/her) and I am a therapist working with adults and couples to overcome a variety of issues related to mental health and interpersonal growth. Whether it’s relationships, struggles with addictions, career, or everyday stressors, managing everything that life throws at you can be overwhelming. Accomplishing your goals can feel impossible when you feel lost, anxious, or defeated. No matter what the obstacle is, with insight and the right tools, every person has the ability to grow and achieve a sense of personal fulfillment. My mission is to empower each of my clients by helping them to recognize their strengths and purpose.
As a Clinician, I use Client Directed Outcome Informed Therapy as an approach to treatment, CDOI is not specifically structured, which makes it unique. Based on the research that suggests no one model of therapy is superior to another in terms of efficacy, CDOI does not utilize any fixed techniques or causal theories but draws from all techniques.
I work with men and women faced with a variety of personal challenges including, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships, and addiction. I would love to assist you in tapping into your own innate resources and building skills to effectively manage your emotions and personal challenges. I help people to find acceptance and calm in life.
